SHIPPING POLICY

Our candles are quite heavy and fragile due to their glass containers. As such, extra special care needs to be given in order for our products to reach their destination safely. Some of the precautions we take include individually wrapping the candles in bubble wrap and ensuring that the package has no wiggle room. This is to help eliminate the possibility of breakage. Recycled materials are used wherever possible so we can reduce both our carbon footprint and our shipping costs as much as possible.

Shipping costs are calculated by weight, not by our desire for more money. Please understand that our only wish is for you to get your order quickly and safely. We would love to offer free shipping but at this time it is not currently feasible with shipping rates being at an all time high. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU SUBMIT THE CORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS. The Rookery Candles LLC is not responsible for undeliverable packages. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs in the case of an order needing to come back to us and shipped out again to the correct address.

Return & Exchange Policy

PLEASE READ: All of our custom products are made to order with a minimum two week wait time depending on order size. If we believe your order will take longer we will do our best to communicate this with you. If you attempt to receive a refund during this wait time, it will not be accepted. Everything we do is made with love which takes time.  

 

We understand that unforeseen circumstances happen or sometimes, you're just not happy with the fragrance. It can be challenging to find your perfect fragrance when purchasing candles online. At The Rookery Candles, we pride ourselves on excellent customer service and there is nothing more important than making sure you love your product.

At this time we are not issuing refunds. Exchanges are happily given. If your order becomes damaged in transit or you do not like your product, please let us know right away and we will do everything we can to make it right. The most common solution is for us to make you a new product at the same value to your liking. In the event of an exchange, you are responsible for return shipping for the original undamaged and unused product.
